It was very cold outside today and I didn't want to take any pictures in the chilly weather. So I sauteed some onions for dinner with my new kitchen mandoline. Mmmmm!Stay warm and good luck tomorrow morning with the snow and ice. They are calling for 4-7 inches of snow with 0.5-1 inch of ice.

I have always wanted a mandolin! I got a great chefs knife for xmas this year. I love seeing food shots. Who doesn't like an onion? Yummy pic.
