Yesterday I saw this wind turbine going by outside my office window. We see these turbines leaving ever once in a while, but this one seemed much larger than all the previous ones we've seen. It had a very hard time turning the corner at the intersection and then getting on to I-90 West. We assume they are coming from a GE manufacturing plant somewhere off the Washington Ave. Extension, but that only a guess.

Wind Turbine

Wow. I've never even seen a wind turbine and yet it's an almost-everyday occurrence for you. Amazing, the experiences of people all over the world.
that is actually just one blade off of what is probably a three blade generator. GE? Maybe, but a lot of those I've seen that look a lot like that are manufactured by a private company in South America.
